I have painstakingly taken the one mega-file of all 4 novels and split each one into their individual books. This caused me a lot of pain and aggravation due to conversion issues with Calibre and formatting issues with Sigil. Hopefully all the books are in good order now, I have tried my best to ensure the quality is equal to the original retail file.

The original .mobi file was converted to a large ePub file, then I used Sigil to edit and split the 4 books separately and Caliber to convert the 4 ePubs back to Mobi.

You may notice that "A Game of Thrones" is much larger in file size than the other .mobi files. This was due to a conversion issue with Calibre, it wouldn't format the Prologue page correctly, and I ended up using KindleGen to convert from the split ePub to Mobi. All the 3 other novels were converted with Calibre.
